CAMP HISTORY
Olakira Camp opened in 2005 as a mobile tented camp aiming to provide an authentic bush experience. Initially the camp moved between the Southern and Central Serengeti, but in 2010 it managed to secure a prime campsite location on the banks of the Mara River.
Olakira Camp is now capable of offering a superior wildlife experience on a year round basis – from the open plains of the South to the treacherous river crossings in the north – living up to it’s bush camp aspirations.
