Great Migration Live Update – 12 December 2016

Migration Monday Update
The herds have finally arrived in Ndutu right down in the southern Serengeti. The herds are still trickling down – but if you’re planning a migration safari, this is the place to be for the next few months. We received two reports from camps and lodges in Ndutu confirming their presence.

Calving season is just around the corner, and predators such as lion, leopard and cheetah will move into the area to prey on the young, vulnerable calves.

Thank you to HerdTracker for the update!
