Kiprotich Jona Cheres captured the herds on the Western Serengeti plains close to theKirawira Serena Camp.

About four days back, the wildebeest were seen in the Western Corridor of the Serengeti National Park, close to the Grumeti Camps including the&Beyond Grumeti Tented Camp,Grumeti SerengetiandSingita Explore.
For the past few months, the herds have been moving through the area.

There is still a great presence of the wildebeest in the Grumeti Reserve.Ross Couper spotted the herds during his game drive on the Serengeti plains.

The herds were seen making their way to the Grumeti Reserve in the Western Serengeti National Park.
Some of the wildebeest have settled into the Moru Kopjes on their long trek to the Southern Serengeti short grassfor the calving season.
