Live Wildebeest Migration Update – 19 September 2016

By Wandering Maasai | 19 September 2016

Migration Monday Update

Kenya safari guide Timothy Leperes Laur spotted the migration crossing the Mara River at the rocky crossing point over the weekend. We’ve also received reports of the herds arriving in the Olare Motorogi Conservancy.

If you’re planning on seeing the herds this month, its safer to stay on the Masai Mara side to view the last of the Mara River crossings. The Olakira Camp or the Mara River mobile camps are unrivalled migration safari options.

Thank you to HerdTracker for this week’s update!
