You might be wondering what kind of activities there are at ourMatemweproperties. Whether you’re looking for something to get your blood pumping or want to feed your brain, don’t worry, we’ve got it all covered.
With the weather being picture perfect for most of the year you are guaranteed to have the best time when taking part in any of the following activities. If you haven’t planned to take part in any then don’t forget to please check the board at reception for the timing of the tides and chat to the team who will help you to plan your days accordingly.
Escape to Infinity or Muyuni Trip(dependent on the tides) – Head out on a short boat trip to spend some time on your family’s own private beach! If you’re looking for something a bit more romantic, we will whisk just you and your loved one to the sandbank for a romantic beach picnic that includes scenery which will leave you breathless.
Matemwe Village Trip –With so much to see and do on the island, spend some time in the Village of Matemwe. Watch fishermen bring in their daily catches or join a game of football on the sand.
Safari Blue – Take your family on an unforgettable day of adventure and discovery in the beautiful ocean of Matemwe.
Reef walk –Stroll along the beach and through the shallow reef whilst discovering tiny creature, beautiful shells and coral.
Mnarani Turtle Trip – Take a dip in the turtle pools! You’ll get to spend some time with these incredibly sweet animals before they are released back into the wild – a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Catamaran Sunset Cruise –Set sail on a catamaran for a sunset cruise whilst enjoying snacks, drinks, and great music as you silently sail along the coastline of Matemwe.
The Sea & Spice Spa – Book a couple’s massage looking out over the stunning Mnemba Atoll for something truly indulgent.
