Migration Monday Update

Early last week, we received word that parts of the migration were crossing the Orangi River in Hembe. Massive herds were also spotted close to Banagi / Seronera.

June is generally the time when the wildebeest migration begins crossing the Grumeti River. The herds are spread out, so expect longer, rewarding game drives. The wildebeest herds will also speed things up a bit in terms of movement, covering up to 150km per day.

Thank you to HerdTracker for this week’s update!
