Mwiba Lodge
Mwiba Lodge, Serengeti
Mwiba Wildlife Reserve, southern Serengeti, Tanzania
Mwiba Lodge offers a secluded haven set atop massive stone boulders, surrounded by ancient coral trees and acacias, overlooking a rocky gorge on the Arugusinyai River.
The lodge is located on a private reserve nestled between the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and the southern Serengeti eco-system, which makes for an incredibly exclusive experience. Limited to just 10 suites, each with a private deck, spectacular views, large soaking tub and outdoor rain shower. The main lodge offers airy living spaces, a rejuvenating spa and gym and a curated wine cellar. An expansive pool is set on a rocky outcrop overlooking natural springs below where resident wildlife frequently comes to slake their thirst.
During the calving season in the southern Serengeti, Mwiba Lodge is in prime position to witness the incredible spectacle of thousands upon thousands of wildebeest and their young, a time when there is an abundance of fresh grass available to provide the essential grazing for the next phase of their migration.

Guest Reviews
Unbelievable lodge in the Serengeti - My fiance and I arrived at Mwiba lodge on our honeymoon and were absolutely blown away by the service and friendliness of the staff. We loved having the fitness center to sweat a bit each morning before game drives. We were absolutely blown away by our last night at Mwiba when the staff set up sundowners on top of a rocky cliff overlooking the buff. - Elizabeth J
48 hours of WOW! This hotel and conservation is incredible. The commitment to preserving everything and leaving a very small footprint is the beauty and gem of this place and a MUST visit when you come to this end with of the Serengeti. - Cindy C
Luxury at its best - We were dreaming of this lodge and magnificent rooms for our honeymoon and we not disapointed ! The spa and the gym were gorgeous and we wished we had stayed longer so we could enjoy it ! Philomon who was our buttler was so kind to us and made everything to make us happy, it was really sad to leave him. Isaak our Safari expert was the best and knew so much about everything , from the little hence to cheetahs our favourites. We learned a lot from him :) - ALBANE-M.PPC
