Camp Experience
Singita Faru Faru Camp Experience
This boutique lodge offers in-room pampering, as well as an airy spa where travel-weary guests can relax and recuperate.
The property’s two swimming pools have been designed to blend discretely into the rock, so you feel as if you’re cooling off in a natural rock pool. The property also houses a boutique, where you can buy all sorts of mementoes, and a gallery showcasing photography and paintings. Hot afternoons are for relaxation in the comfort of the lodge’s main house, your private veranda or the ground-level hide.
If you have a palate for fine wines, look no further as Singita Faru Faru boasts an exquisite collection, predominately from South Africa. Explore the labyrinth of the wine cellar and select a glass to enjoy in a secluded spot with a great view. Dining is an equally refined experience. The continental breakfast features fresh pastries and homemade jams. Lunch is light to save space for a traditional high tea of baked treats. Dinner, with its multiple courses, will tease your taste buds. If you still find yourself hungry between meals, enjoy a cup of coffee and a snack at the café-style bar.
You do not need to feel an ounce of guilt when enjoying the meals to the full, as a state-of-the-art fitness centre is available onsite. Take to the treadmill and work up a sweat, while scanning the bush for wildlife.
