Community Coordinator

This role combines community engagement, guest communication, and reputation management to shape how Asilia connects with guests and audiences across digital platforms. The Community Coordinator leads online conversations, responds thoughtfully to guest feedback and social engagement, and helps strengthen Asilia’s voice across reviews, social media, and wider travel communities. Acting as a bridge between guests and internal teams, the role captures insights, identifies trends, and supports meaningful engagement that enhances brand visibility, loyalty, and overall guest experience.
