Some of our camps offer specially tailored activities to keep younger visitors educated and entertained. Among other exciting things, they may learn how to identify animal tracks, go on guided bush walks and find out about the customs of East Africa.

Our exclusive-use houses are among the most popular options for families, as they offer a more private experience. At Asilia Retreats or Jabali Private House, families can enjoy their own private chef, vehicle and guide so there’s never a hassle with naps or mealtimes.

Children aged 5 and up are warmly welcomed at all of our camps and lodges, some camps can even be booked for exclusive use, and most have larger family tents that can accommodate up to five people. However, due to location and facilities, some destinations are more suitable than others.
