Quarantunes: Africa edition
One of the easiest ways to transport yourself somewhere else is to pop in your headphones and listen to music. Music offers an escape from reality and is a great way to help you stay active and boost your mood. A win-win! While we can’t travel, we thought we’d share with you some of our favourite African artists for you to listen to while you’re on your daily run, cooking up a storm or daydreaming of your next safari holiday.
All of these videos were produced in Africa and have some seriously beautiful scenery and imagery of the region. Take some time to listen to the music of Tanzania, Kenya and Uganda. They’re upbeat, jovial, and are sure to put a smile on your face and get your shoulders grooving while you listen. Enjoy!
