Manager of Training

This role combines training strategy, content development, and hands-on facilitation to build capability across Asilia’s Sales and Operations teams. The Manager of Training is responsible for designing and delivering structured training programmes, from systems and processes to destination and service offering content, while continuously assessing needs and refining approaches. Acting as a key partner to Sales, Operations, and HR, the role also leads the development and maintenance of training materials, ensuring consistency and impact across the business and, where required, across the wider Nawiri Group.
