Offsetting emissions

As a business, our priority is to reduce emissions, and we offset all our Scope 1 emissions (Scope 1 is defined as direct greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from sources that a company owns or controls directly).

We target REDD+ projects, independently verified by Verra/Plan Vivo/VCS that operate in ecosystems where we have our operational footprint that align with our impact approach of creating significant, tangible impact for communities. Our current partners are Carbon Tanzania and the Chyulu Hills REDD+ Project (Kenya).
