10 day Spectacular Safari
Kenya is a land of contrasts, where ancient traditions meet modern innovations and diverse ecosystems coexist harmoniously. On this unforgettable safari, you will explore Kenya’s iconic Borana and Namunyak Wildlife Conservancies, or renowned Conservancies of Lewa and Ol Lentille, before culminating your safari in the Maasai Mara.
Lewa Wildlife Conservancy and Borana Conservancy used to be neighbours but, in 2014, they dropped the dividing fence to create a vast 90’000-acre wilderness and one of the most successful rhino conservation sanctuaries in East Africa with strong populations of both white and black rhino.
From Lewa Wilderness or Borana Lodge, push further north into either Ol Lentille Conservancy, or still further north to Kalep Camp in the Namunyak Conservancy in Northern Kenya. This wild and remote environment is home to the Samburu people with a rich and authentic cultural offering. A variety of activities are available from both Ol Lentille and Kalepo Camp, designed to offer exploration and immersion into this unique landscape.
From Northern Kenya, you will fly to the Maasai Mara, a vast savannah teeming with life. You will see prides of lion, elephant herds, cheetah, leopard, and more. If you’re travelling between July and September, you might be lucky enough to witness the Great Migration. This natural phenomenon occurs as a year-round cycle between the Maasai Mara and Serengeti, when millions of wildebeest, zebra, and gazelle cross the Mara River in search of greener pastures. This is one of the most spectacular sights in the natural world and a thrilling experience for any wildlife lover.
You will stay in hand-picked boutique camps throughout your safari, offering luxurious accommodation, warm and genuine service, and authenticity. You will be guided by expert and passionate guides who share their knowledge and stories with you. Spend your days discovering the incredible wildlife whilst learning about the fascinating culture and traditions of the local communities.
This is more than just a safari. This is a journey of discovery, adventure, and inspiration. This is the wild wonder of Kenya.
