What is The Asilia Edit?

The Asilia Edit is a curated selection of Small Group Tours with fixed departure dates for easy planning. As the name suggests, the groups are deliberately kept small to ensure a personalised safari experience and to retain the sense of intimacy an East Africa safari demands.

Every itinerary within The Asilia Edit has been carefully crafted by trusted experts to include iconic destinations and a variety of meaningful activities, allowing you to dictate your own pace whilst travelling as a group. Each Small Group Tour is complete with a personal meet & greet on arrival at your international airport, a dedicated host throughout the safari, a variety of wildlife viewing activities, and a bespoke gift package exclusive to guests of The Asilia Edit.

Group travel creates cost-efficiency and, as the departures are pre-planned, we have already done all the legwork in ensuring that each itinerary offers the ultimate East Africa safari experience. From the baobab dotted wilderness of Ruaha, through the grassy plains of the Serengeti, to the ancient rainforest home of Bwindi’s gorillas, our Small Group Tours deliver East Africa’s top destinations in the most convenient and exclusive manner.

Why join a Small Group Tour?

Whether you’re a solo traveller looking to safari with likeminded individuals, a couple looking for the best possible cost-efficient experience, or a group of friends eager to remove the hassle from the planning process, Asilia’s Small Group Tours offer thoughtful itineraries packed full of experiences and thoughtful extras, and hosted by our expert guides.

Curated itineraries cater to solo travellers, couples, or groups of friends.

There are a variety of reasons why you might choose a Small Group Tour. Each itinerary has been meticulously planned to incorporate a diverse variety of activities combined with sought-after destinations. The result is an experience-rich itinerary that requires almost no additional logistical planning, as all that’s left for you to do is book your international flights and immerse yourself in the journey.

Each of our Tours requires a minimum of 4 guests for the tour to operate, creating options for solo travellers to safari with likeminded enthusiasts, couples to make new friends, and groups of friends to enjoy a cost-efficient and experience-driven safari. By travelling as a group, the internal flight and transfer costs are shared, creating an experience with value that outweighs its price tag. Led by a dedicated host, our Small Group Tours offer a hassle-free and cost-effective safari through some of East Africa’s most spectacular wildlife destinations.
