From as early as I can remember, I have been fascinated by the natural world and the incredible diversity of life it supports. What began as a childhood curiosity soon became a lifelong passion, and by the age of five, after my first visit to the Kruger National Park with my aunt, I knew I wanted to become a safari guide. It was a dream I never wavered from.

More than four decades later, my passion for nature remains as strong as ever. I have been fortunate enough to build a career spanning more than 20 years in the safari industry, working as a guide, general manager, guide trainer, and wildlife photographer. Today, I work as a Guide Trainer with Asilia Africa, supporting the development of guides across the company's properties.

Through my writing and photography, I hope to share not only the beauty and wonder of the natural world, but also the intricate connections that make it so fascinating. Every animal, plant, landscape, and season tells a story, and I am passionate about helping others discover those stories for themselves.
