Travel Northern Tanzania
Imagine waking up to the aroma of freshly brewed coffee, surrounded by the lush greenery of one of Tanzania’s most enormous coffee plantations. This oasis is Arusha Coffee Lodge, your first stop on a northern Tanzanian safari. It will take you to three other stunning locations with unique charm and adventure.
From Arusha, you will fly to The Highlands, a luxury camp nestled at high elevation a short distance from the world famous Ngorongoro Crater. From here, you can explore the volcanic landscapes and wildlife of the crater. Enjoy spectacular views from your dome-shaped tent and cosy up by the fireplace after a day of game drives and cultural visits.
Next, you will head to the Serengeti, the land of endless savannah plains and the home of the Great Migration. Dunia Camp is your base for witnessing this natural wonder and the big cats, rhino and elephant that roam the area. Relax in your spacious and stylish tent and join the friendly all-female staff for a sundowner and a bush dinner under the Milky Way.
Your final destination is Rubondo Island, a pristine island in Lake Victoria, where you can experience a different safari. Here, you will trek through the tropical forest with a guide, looking for the habituated chimpanzees that live on the island. You can also go fishing, boating, birdwatching and swimming in the lake.
This safari is like no other, a journey of discovery and adventure that will leave you with unforgettable memories.
